We have been using their cloud services to host all our servers and run our web platform. I am using AVETTA Global Cloud Services with VMWare primarily; it is the most scalable and innovative feature; using VMWare Sphere, I can scale up and scale down the servers anytime. The deployment of this cloud infrastructure platform was seamless. We were coming from a catastrophic situation with another provider that went out of business overnight; However, we faced some issues during this migration, but the technical support team was amazing and accommodating. AVETTA Global technical team is impressive, and their response time is almost instant; they helped us even with simple things like installing a service on a Ubuntu server, which is out of their normal scope. However, they are always ready to help in any situation. This cloud platform's straightforward cost structure offers discounts for volume licenses and services. My overall experience using this cloud platform provider is simply outstanding.

We started using AVETTA’s Host Services in early 2021, and by mid-year, we were sold on their infrastructure’s performance, reliability, and the support personnel making it all work. No matter how great the infrastructure performs, if you don’t have the support when you need it, then the infrastructure doesn’t matter.
